The Customer has 30-day from the date of delivery to exercise its right of withdrawal and ask for a refund or an exchange. To obtain a free return slip, please go to our contact page and fill out the relevant form. The goods must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of notifying us about their decision to return the items.
The warranty on our watches is two years from the date of shipment. It does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Martino Valenti.
